These are the basic options available to you when using the USGA Photo Archive.

Image Search
Search for media assets by entering criteria for the files.
All matching files will be returned from the databases you select for
searching, no matter what project they're associated with.

Job Search
Retrieve groups of media assets by entering criteria for the
groups. A list of matching groups will be returned, which you can
download as a group or display within your web browser.

Browse Jobs
Browse groups of media assets in an expanding tree structure,
similar to Windows Explorer or Mac Finder.

Upload
If the admin of this site allows it, you may also have an option
to upload files for cataloging into a special Incoming database.
Those files can then be transfered into other databases and job
jackets, pending admin approval of the files.

Workspace
Here is where items are held from search results. It currently
contains anything you may have put there during a previous
session.

Preferences
The user preferences screen lets you adjust your personal
preferences in the display. You can change between text and
icon mode, set your thumbnail size preference, and more.

Lightbox Control
Lightbox control lets you see what lightboxes you have created,
delete them if you want to, and view your lightboxes in the Lightbox
Viewer.

View Lightbox
This option takes you to the Lightbox Viewer, a separate
program associated with MBWeb. You can enter a lightbox name and
password to view any lightbox on the system. You'll notice that when
you enter the Lightbox Viewer from MBWeb you have more options than
when you bring up the Lightbox Viewer directly in your browser.

Logout
This option ends your current session and brings you back
to the login screen. You can log in again (e.g. as another user
or in a different group), or just do something else.
